產品為不須光電耦合元件的絕緣型返馳‧轉換器。因透過變壓器可得到絕緣穩定的輸出電壓,不須傳統應用裝置中所必須的光電耦合元件及變壓器的3次捲線反饋電路,可大幅減少元件數量,可做出小型、高可靠度的絕緣型電源應用裝置。而且,本產品採用獨家適應型導通時間控制技術,在傳統的製程中不須外接相位補償元件,可輕鬆做出高性能絕緣型電源應用裝置。

特點1:不需要光耦合器&輔助線圈,體積更小

在輸入端施加反饋後,不再需要傳統上為了檢測2次側電壓‧電流而必須安裝的光耦合器或輔助線圈,以及建構時所必要的零件,除了簡化設計外,還能夠縮小體積、節能、提升可靠度。只要1個電阻,就能夠讓輸出電壓穩定。

特點2:利用adaptive on-time控制,改善負載響應特性

傳統的絕緣型電源控制IC在負載電流瞬間變動上,面臨到輸出電壓大幅度變動的課題。
此次,將應用非絕緣型電源控制IC上已有實際使用經驗的adaptive on-time控制在絕緣型電源控制IC上。
採用ROHM獨家新控制方式,和一般控制方式相比,輸出電壓變動200mV(負載電流1A,上升時間100µs時),降至65%以下,針對負載電流瞬間變動改善了響應特性,進而提升可靠度。
