本系列作為AC/DC用PWM方式DC/DC轉換器為所有帶插座的產品提供最佳的系統。內建650V耐壓啟動電路,有助於實現低功耗。內建開關用電流檢測電阻,可實現小型電源設計。使用電流模式控制,進行逐週期電流限制,發揮頻寬和瞬態回應的優異性能。開關頻率固定為100kHz。輕載時降低頻率,實現高效率。內建跳頻功能,有助於實現低EMI。內建800V耐壓Super Junction MOSFET,可輕鬆進行設計。
