內建開關MOSFET PWM型 DC/DC轉換器IC

本系列產品是AC/DC用PWM方式DC/DC轉換器,可以為各種帶插座的產品提供適合的電源系統。可支援絕緣和非絕緣型,容易設計各種類型的低功耗轉換器。內建650V耐壓啟動電路,有助於降低功耗。透過外部連接開關用電流檢測電阻器,可實現自由度高的電源設計。由於使用電流模式控制方式,並對每個回路進行電流限制,實現卓越的頻寬和瞬態回應性能。採用固定頻率方式,開關頻率為65kHz。輕負載時,降低頻率,實現高效率。內建跳頻功能,有助於降低EMI。內建650V耐壓MOSFET,設計容易。
