三相無刷風扇電機驅動器

這是使用PrestoMOS™作為輸出晶體管、並將其與180°正弦波控制器芯片、柵極驅動器芯片共同集成於1枚小型表面貼裝型全模塑封裝（full mold package）中的三相無刷風扇電機驅動器。產品還內置了過電流、過熱和欠壓等保護功能以及自舉二極管，可實現電機控制電路板的小型化。
