BD16912EFV-C是內建透過功率DMOSFET由H橋構成的1ch馬達驅動部的車電用驅動器。透過直接PWM控制或恒流PWM控制可實現高效率驅動。搭載輸出電流檢測放大器和異常檢測訊號輸出功能,實現了低導通電阻、小型封裝,有助於實現整機的高信賴性化、低耗電量化、省空間化。
