內建速度控制 無感測器三相無刷馬達預驅動器

BM64070MUV支援48V電源電壓,是控制由外接FET構成的馬達驅動部位的三相無刷馬達正弦波驅動用預驅動器IC。採用無感測器驅動,無需用於檢測位置的霍爾元件。內建速度回饋控制功能,用於控制輸出PWM Duty,使輸入PWM信號所對應的轉速特性與馬達輸出的轉速一致。
