車電三相無刷馬達預驅動器

BD63030EKV-C是用於空調鼓風機馬達、電池冷卻風扇馬達等的三相無刷馬達的預驅動器。透過180°通電的正弦波驅動,可降低馬達驅動音。另外,因為內建自動進角控制功能,可高效進行驅動。此外,透過外置參數可對鎖定保護時間、過流限制檢測值、過電保護檢測值、外接元件溫度檢測值、啟動時間進行設定,因此可用於各種馬達控制。
