BD63015EFV是額定電源電壓36V、額定輸出電流1.5A(峰值2A)的正弦波驅動三相無刷馬達驅動器。透過霍爾式感測器訊號生成驅動訊號,透過輸入的控制訊號可實現PWM驅動。還可透過電源電壓控制速度。內建了各種控制、保護電路,可適用於各種應用中。透過採用小型封裝,可搭載於小型馬達。
