三相無刷馬達 預驅動器

BD63003MUV 是透過霍爾式感測器信號生成驅動信號,透過輸入的控制信號進行PWM驅動的三相無刷馬達預驅動器。透過內建升壓電路,可在外置輸出功率電晶體中使用Nch-Nch MOS電晶體。而且,電源使用12V、24V皆可,透過內建各種控制、保護功能,可適用於各類應用中。透過採用小型封裝,可搭載至小型馬達。
