Description
BD63001AMUV是透過霍爾感測器信號生成驅動信號，透過輸入的控制信號進行PWM驅動的三相無刷馬達預驅動器。可在外接FET中使用上Pch下Nch MOS電晶體。另外，電源適用於12V系列、24V系列的任意一種，透過內建各種控制、保護功能，可適用於各種應用中。透過採用小型封裝，可搭載至小型馬達。
