三相無刷馬達預驅動器

BD63001AMUV是透過霍爾感測器信號生成驅動信號,透過輸入的控制信號進行PWM驅動的三相無刷馬達預驅動器。可在外接FET中使用上Pch下Nch MOS電晶體。另外,電源適用於12V系列、24V系列的任意一種,透過內建各種控制、保護功能,可適用於各種應用中。透過採用小型封裝,可搭載至小型馬達。
