背景
近年來隨著照明用小型電源和泵浦用馬達的性能提升，對在上述應用中發揮開關作用的MOSFET小型化產品需求也日益高漲。通常對於Super Junction MOSFET而言，在保持高耐壓和低導通電阻特性的理想平衡同時，很難進一步縮小體積。此次ROHM透過改進內建晶片形狀，在不犧牲以往產品性能的前提下，開發出款更小更薄的SOT-223-3封裝產品。
概要
與以往TO-252封裝（6.60mm×10.00mm×2.30mm）產品相比，本產品的面積減少約31%，厚度減少約27%，有助實現更小、更薄的應用產品。另外還支援TO-252封裝電路板上的佈線圖案（焊盤圖案），因此也可以直接使用現有的電路板。
