BD41003FJ-C在AM頻段的EMI噪聲比BD41000AFJ-C更低。 BD41003FJ-C是CXPI （Clock Extension Peripheral Interface，時鐘擴展外圍接口）通信用的收發器。支持主/從雙向傳輸，可通過外部引腳進行切換。在不通信時，其節能功能可實現更低待機功耗。在總線數據衝突時，其數據仲裁功能將停止輸出輸出。另外，在發生異常時，其可以檢測溫度和電壓異常的故障安全（Fail Safe）功能將會停止數據輸出。
