If ML5203 detect overcharge but it doesn't cut-off external FETs depending any kinds of reason, and if cell voltage raised, ML5203 asserts overcharge voltage detection signal (CELLOP). With this CELLOP signal, customer can develop external circuit to cut external FETs.
