BU91R63CH-M3BW是1/4、1/3、1/2占空比、支援Static的COG型車電用通用LCD驅動器，最多可顯示176段LCD。本產品支援高液晶電壓驅動及高幀頻率驅動，也可驅動高顯示精度的VA液晶。還支持+105℃動作，符合車電應用要求的AEC-Q100標準。內建顯示用RAM，可減輕微控制器負擔，還無需外接零件，實現了低功耗。具備顯示用RAM及寄存器的讀取功能，可檢測因雜訊等導致的誤動作。使用ITO電阻測量引腳，更方便進行COG貼裝不良的管理。內建有EVR功能，可進行LCD對比度的調節。
