超低耗電CMOS運算放大器BU7265/BU7205/BU7271/BU7245系列和BU7411/BU7421/BU7475系列為分別將輸入輸出全振幅和接地感測運算放大器集於單一晶片中的單晶體(Monolithic)IC。 消耗電流非常低(BU7265/BU7411系列:0.35[μA], BU7421系列:8.5[μA], BU7271系列:8.6[μA]),工作電壓範圍為+1.6[V] ~ +5.5[V](BU7411系列:單一電源作動的情況下),可低電壓工作。最適於擕帶式裝置和電池驅動的應用中。
