ROHM的CMOS低電壓工作比較器BU7251 / BU7231系列與BU7252 / BU7232系列均採用了將全振幅 (Full Swing) 輸入推挽式 (Push-pull) 輸出比較器1組電路 / 2組電路整合至單一晶片中的單晶體(Monolithic)IC設計。(單一電源作動的條件下)具有高達+1.8[V] to+5.5[V] 寬廣的工作範圍 ,可低電壓作動。其特色為低耗電及輸入偏壓 (Bias) 電流小。
