SCZ4006KTA是一款1200V額定SiC模製模組。DOT-247的特點是將兩個獨立的TO-247封裝結合在一起，實現了高功率密度。其2合1配置使其適用於廣泛的電路拓撲；具有半橋和共源兩種拓撲選項，它還支援多級電路，如3級NPC、3級T-NPC和5級ANPC。
