背景
近年來,越來越多的應用產品需要具備電流檢測功能。例如,若要改善馬達效率和檢測異常狀況,就需要提高電流檢測精度,同時還希望能縮小安裝面積。在傳統結構(運算放大器+Discrete元件)中,存在著元件精度波動和因溫度特性導致電流檢測精度下降、難以縮小安裝面積等課題。為了解決上述市場課題,ROHM利用長年累積的類比技術優勢,研發出更節省空間且能高精度檢測電流的產品「BD1421x-LA系列」。
概要
將「BD14210G-LA」匯集週邊電路、並連接分流電阻後,即可進行電流檢測。與傳統結構(運算放大器+ Discrete元件)相比,「BD14210G-LA」將元件數量從11個減少為3個,安裝面積可減少約46%(封裝:SSOP6)。另外,更在整體溫度範圍(-40℃~+125℃)內實現了±1%高精度電流檢測。不僅如此,透過改善內部電路,即使在外部安裝了雜訊對策用RC濾波電路的情況下,電流檢測精度也不會受到影響,將有助減少應用設計工時。可支援的輸入電壓範圍也更廣(-0.2V~+26.0V),非常適用於12V和24V電源應用的電流檢測。
