如果印表機能夠用1-cell鋰離子電池供電,就可以做得更小、更輕,同時還可以更節能。而另一方面,透過1-cell鋰離子電池供電存在著列印速度降低、電池續航時間變短的課題。對此ROHM推出由1-cell鋰離子電池驅動也可以實現與2-cell電池驅動相同列印輸出的熱感寫印字頭。
概要
「KR2002-Q06N5AA」對熱感寫印字頭的結構進行了大幅度改善。不僅優化了蓄熱層釉層的設計,還採用了特殊的低阻值發熱體,並改變了發熱體上的保護膜結構。這使得產生的熱量能夠有效地傳遞至熱感寫紙或轉印色帶等列印介質。另外,透過改善驅動器IC和佈線結構,能夠有效地將供給元件的電能轉換為熱能,大幅提升了列印效率。透過同時提高傳熱效率和能量轉換效率,同時實現了節能。
