ML7660是13.56MHz無線電源接收LSI。ML7660可與ML7661結合使用,建構一個最大輸出功率為1W的無線電力傳輸系統。ML7660是一個13.56MHz無線電力傳輸LSI。ML7660採用2.28mm x 2.61mm (2.44mm平方等效) WLCSP晶片或5mm平方32引腳WQFN封裝,提供用於測量電源狀態和無線電源控制功能的10位元ADC,使其成為小型設備無線電源供應的理想LSI。此外,它具有主機介面(SPI (周邊)/I²C (目標))功能,以及串列介面(SPI (控制器)/I²C (控制器)/UART)功能,可從外部微控制器更新設定資料和控制各種感測器。
