BD8P250MUF-C是具備升壓控制功能的同步整流降壓DC/DC轉換器。可根據各種要求實現通用設計的DC/DC轉換器,在冷開機等輸入電壓下降時允許輸出電壓下降的情況下,可用作降壓DC/DC轉換器,在需要保持輸出電壓的情況下,可連接專用的升壓FET用作升降壓DC/DC轉換器。憑藉Quick Buck Booster技術升降壓工作時也可實現高速回應,能夠降低輸出電容器的容量值。
