Description

BD9G145EFJ-LB is synchronous Buck DCDC Converter and designed to regulate over a wide input voltage range from 5.5V to 104.5V. It can be used for high voltage 48V bus system with Minimum controllable ON time 100ns and large step-down conversion ratios. And it can simplify system configuration and achieve cost reduction. DCDC control method is Fixed Frequency Current Mode PWM Control. The Switching frequency can be set from 200kHz to 1MHz with an external resistor at RT pin. Under Voltage Lockout, Over Current Protection, Thermal Shutdown and all PINs (except for BST) which have 110V withstand voltage can realize system robustness.
