ROHM的高效率降壓開關穩壓器 BD91364BMUU為在2.9V～5.5V的電源線中生成0.8V～3.3V等的低電壓降壓轉換器。可藉由PFM/PWM自動切換、在全負載領域達成高效率。採用即時控制方式、即使負載急速變化仍可高速暫態響應。
