Description
BD90521EFV-C是在電流模式下工作的同步整流式降壓DC/DC轉換器。可最大2.4MHz頻率工作，實現電感等外接元元件的小型化。還內建了Pch和Nch的輸出MOSFET，可提供最大2A的輸出電流。可透過外接電阻調整輸出電壓和振盪頻率。還可與外部脈衝同步。 A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
