BV1HAL85EFJ是1個電路內建了Nch MOSFET的高側負載開關，輸入電壓範圍為8.0V～32.0V。內建過電流保護功能、過熱保護功能、緩啟動功能、低電壓時輸出OFF功能，具備過電流和過熱的錯誤FLAG通知引腳。單晶片即可實現電源線的電源管理。
本產品不建議使用的車載設備。
