BUS1DJC3GWZ為將低導通電阻的Pch-MOSFET內建於單1電路之High Side Road開關IC。可對應1.1V~5.0V的輸入電壓範圍。透過控制導通時間可防止突入電流。輸出短路時短路保護電路會運作、限制輸出電流來防止IC的破壊。此外，產品採用超小型封裝，可在各種用途使用。
