BDS2EJAAGUL是2個電路內建了Nch MOSFET的電源開關IC。開關分別實現了45mΩ (Typ)的低導通電阻，並且不需要體二極體。通過將控制電源和開關輸入分離，可實現在低電壓（Min : 0.9V）下使用。內建了OFF時使輸出端子上的電荷快速放電的放電電路。最適合作為智能電話、數位相機等行動裝置及其他廣泛用途中的電源管理IPS使用。
