USB埠口用的2ch高壓側開關(high side switch)具有限制通用串列匯流排（USB）上的電流的功能。電源開關部內建兩個低Rds ON 的N MOSFET，可以分別流過符合USB標準的500mA電流。另外，還內建過電流檢測、過熱檢測、低電壓鎖定、緩起動功能。
