BD2245G-M將常使用在通用序列匯流排 (USB) 電源線的High Side 開關內建於單1 頻道。功率開關部中將低導通電阻的 N頻道 MOSFET內建於單 1電路、並內建過電流限制、過温度保護、低電壓鎖定、緩啟動功能。 此外可透過變更外接的電阻可將過電流檢測値調整在0.2A到 1.7A的範圍之間。
