BD2222G將使用在通用序列匯流排 (USB) 電源線的High Side開關內建於單1頻道。功率開關部為低導通電阻的N頻道MOSFET1電路內建、過電流制限、過温度保護、低電壓鎖定、緩啟動機能。 此外本產品可透過外接電阻將過電流檢測値控制在200m 1.7A的範圍。
