Description
BD81842MUV-M是針對使用TFT液晶面板的汽車導航系統、車用中央顯示器及儀表組的系統電源。容許功率大的封裝內建了低電阻、大電流FET，用於大電流負載時不會發熱。還內建了電荷泵控制器，有助於減少應用點數。此外,還內建了gate shading功能。 A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
