200mA 3.3V / 5.0V輸出 LDO穩壓器

BD4xxM2-C系列為45V耐壓、輸出電壓精度±2%、輸出電流200mA、功耗電流40µA的低暗電流穩壓器,輸出電壓為3.3V或5.0V的固定型。本IC最適合電池直結系統的低功耗電流化。可選擇輸出關機機能的有無、只針對對應品的CTL端子施加、元件的輸出為ON、施加LOW電壓時、元件的輸出為OFF。輸出的相位補償電容可使用陶瓷電容。 此外、本IC並內建防止輸出短絡等造成的IC破壊的過電流保護、防止IC因過負載狀態等造成的熱破壊。
