高耐壓LDO穩壓器

BD357xYFP BD357xYHFP Series是針對車用裝置的50V高耐壓穩壓器。輸出電流500mA但消耗電流僅30µA(Typ),最適合用來降低蓄電池直連繫統的消耗電流。輸出相位補償電容可使用陶瓷電容,輸出電壓精度為±2 %,採用意外短路時能減少發熱的fold back過電流保護電路、因此可實現在用於嚴酷環境的車輛電源電路的高可靠性。
