BD35390FJ是適用於JEDEC標準DDR1/2/3-SDRAM的終端穩壓器。內建N-MOSFET，漏極/源極最大可提供1A電流的線性電源。內部的OP-AMP採用高速設計，實現了優異的暫態響應特性。為驅動內部的N-MOSFET，需要3.3V或5.0V偏壓電源。為確保JEDEC規定的電壓精度，本產品擁有獨立的基準輸入引腳（VDDQ）和獨立的反饋引腳（VTTS），實現了優異的輸出電壓精度和負載調整率。
