BD820F5UEFJ-C是一款45V高耐壓穩壓器，內置用來監控其輸出的複位（RESET）功能和看門狗定時器（WDT）。輸出電流能力為200mA，但靜態電流卻非常低，適合用來進一步降低系統的消耗電流。另外，當穩壓器的輸出低於4.2V(Typ)時，將會輸出RESET信號。 RESET延遲時間和WDT監控時間可以通過外置電容器進行調整。
本系列產品中的BD820F50EFJ-C是為提高生產效率而變更生產線後的型號。在新項目選型時，建議選擇該型號。另外，在技術規格書中的保證特性並沒有差異。
