BD4271EFJ-C是一款45V高耐壓穩壓器，內置用來監控其輸出的複位（RESET）功能和看門狗定時器（WDT）。輸出電流能力為550mA，但暗電流卻能夠保持在很低水平，適用於進一步降低系統的消耗電流。配有可以使輸出ON/OFF的CTL引腳，通過設置為CTL=L可以關閉輸出，從而可以進一步降低消耗電流。當穩壓器的輸出低於4.65V（Typ）時，將會輸出複位信號。復位信號的恢復延遲時間和看門狗監控時間可以通過外置電容器進行調整。
