大型LCD面板用白光LED驅動器

BD9422EFV是大型LCD面板用高效率白光LED驅動器。此IC的6個通道內建了大電流驅動、高速脈衝響應型恆流LED驅動器,1個通道內建了升壓型DCDC。BD9422EFV針對異常狀態配備了過電壓保護(​​OVP) 、LED OPEN・SHORT保護、DCDC的過電流保護(OCP)等各種保護功能。因此，BD9422EFV可在大範圍輸出電壓下進行自動防故障設計。
