BM521Q25F是內建高耐壓650V MOSFET的LED照明用AC/DC轉換器。本IC適合準諧振型High-side LED驅動器用途，可實現LED電流的高精度化和低EMI化。與功率因數校正(功率Factor Correction)轉換器組合，可應對高準諧振。內建650V耐壓啟動電路，可降低功耗。外接LED電流檢測電阻，可實現自由度高的LED電流設定。是內建啟動電路和MOSFET，便於在省空間基板上組建應用電路，可減少部件個數，實現低成本的最佳IC。
