Description
BD83740HFP-M是50V高耐壓LED源極驅動器。恒電流輸出可進行PWM調光，最適合車電用LED驅動。內建LED開路檢測功能、過電壓保護功能，可實現高可靠性。透過使用已獲得專利的PBUS功能，在使用多個本LSI驅動多列LED時，即使當某列LED發生了開路，也可以對全部LED進行統一的OFF控制。 A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
