BD18326NUF-M是針對車電LED燈的40V高耐壓恒流驅動器IC。使用小型封裝，適合用於插口型LED燈的驅動用IC。BD18326NUF-M內建溫度降額功能、LED開路檢測、輸出短路保護、SET端子短路保護、過電壓保護功能、欠壓時分流功能、異常狀態FLAG輸出功能、輸出電流OFF控制輸入功能，可實現高可靠性。
