BM6102FV-C是BM60013FV-C的後續機型。對於考慮過採用BM60013FV-C的客戶，今後請考慮採用BM6102FV-C。
內建絕緣電壓2500Vrms、輸入輸出延遲時間200ns、最小輸入脈衝寬度100ns的絕緣元件的閘極驅動器。內建米勒箝位功能、故障訊號輸出功能、低電壓時誤動作防止功能（UVLO）、溫度保護功能、短路保護功能（SCP、DESAT）。
關於BM6102FV-C的銷售請向本公司銷售部門諮詢規格。現在尚未進行網絡銷售及經由網絡公司進行銷售。
