高效率、低待機功耗、支援連續模式 二次側同步整流控制IC
BD87007FJ是用於二次側輸出端的同步整流型控制器。內置低功耗高精度分流穩壓器，可減少待機功耗。另外，在連續模式工作時，無需輸入一次側的開關同步信號即可工作，更加節省空間。工作電源電壓寬達2.7V～32.0V，可支援各種輸出的應用。另外，採用高耐壓120V（Max）工藝，可直接監測漏極電壓。
