這款IC是AC/DC用PWM方式DC/DC轉換器,可以為各種帶插座的產品提供適合的電源系統。可以容易設計非絕緣型高效率轉換器。內建650V/800V耐壓啟動電路,有助於降低功耗。內建電流檢測電阻器,可以設計小型電源。由於使用電流模式控制方式,並對每個回路進行電流限制,實現卓越的頻寬和瞬態回應性能。採用固定頻率方式,開關頻率為100kHz。內建跳頻功能,有助於降低EMI。內建650V/800V耐壓MOSFET,設計容易。
