AC/DC用PWM方式DC/DC轉換器BM2P039-Z為所有存在介面的產品提供最佳的系統。絕緣、非絕緣均可對應,可輕鬆設計各種形式的低功耗轉換器。內建650V耐壓啟動電路,有助於實現低功耗。外接開關用電流檢測電阻,可實現高自由度的電源設計。使用電流模式控制,可進行逐週期電流限制,發揮內建寬和暫態響應的優異性能。開關頻率固定為100kHz。輕負載時降低頻率,實現高效率。內建跳頻功能,有助於實現低EMI。
