High Voltage Series Stepping Motor Drivers

BD6425EFV、BD6423EFV、D6422EFV為採用額定電源電壓45V,額定輸出電流1.0A、1.5A的低Rds ON DMOS、PWM定電流驅動方式的步進馬達驅動器系列。輸入介面可以選擇CLK-IN驅動方式(BD6425/6423EFV)和PARALLEL IN驅動方式(6422EFV)。因爲內建DAC可達到QUARTER STEP的模式,電流衰減方式可以對FAST DECAY/SLOW DECAY的比率進行4段的設定。即使在被要求高速轉動的應用系統上,對於馬達也能實現最佳的控制狀態,對於低振動,低噪音驅動有所貢獻。並且,因爲電源可以單系統驅動,有助於設備的設計更容易進行。
