ML63Q2537 是一款 MCU，搭載 32 位 Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 處理器和 AI 加速器「AxlCORE-ODL」。它還整合了多種周邊電路，包括 CAN FD 控制器、三相馬達控制 PWM、兩個 A/D 轉換器、類比比較器、I²C、SPI 和 UART。AI 處理期間的低功耗約為 40mW，使其成為工業設備和家電中預測性故障檢測的最佳解決方案。
本產品系列中，此產品具有 256KByte 的 ROM 容量，採用 48 引腳封裝。
