ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 系列為高性能 CMOS 16 位元微控制器，配備 16 位元 CPU nX-U16/100，並整合了程式記憶體（快閃記憶體）、資料記憶體（RAM）、資料快閃記憶體以及豐富的周邊功能，如乘/除法器、CRC 運算器、DMA 控制器、時脈產生器、簡化 RTC、計時器、UART、同步序列埠、I2C 匯流排介面單元、蜂鳴器、電壓監控器 (VLS)、逐次逼近型 A/D 轉換器、D/A 轉換器、類比比較器、安全功能等。
CPU nX-U16/100 能夠透過管線架構平行處理，以 1 指令 1 時脈模式高效執行指令。
內建的晶片內除錯功能可實現軟體的除錯和程式設計。此外，ISP（系統內程式設計）
功能支援生產線中的快閃記憶體程式設計。
ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 系列有五種封裝（48 引腳 - 100 引腳）和十種記憶體尺寸（32K 位元組 - 512K 位元組）。
