ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 系列是一款高性能CMOS 16位微控制器，搭載16位CPU nX-U16/100，整合了程式記憶體(Flash memory)、資料記憶體(RAM)、資料Flash以及豐富的周邊功能，例如乘/除器、CRC運算單元、DMA控制器、時脈產生器、簡易型RTC、計時器、UART、同步序列埠、I2C匯流排介面單元、蜂鳴器、電壓準位監視器(VLS)、漸進式A/D轉換器、D/A轉換器、類比比較器、安全功能等。
CPU nX-U16/100 透過管線架構的平行處理，能夠以1指令1時脈模式高效執行指令。
內建的晶片除錯功能可以對軟體進行除錯和編程。此外，ISP (In-System Programming)
功能支援在生產線上進行Flash編程。
ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 系列有五種封裝（48pin - 100pin）和十種記憶體大小（32Kbyte - 512Kbyte）。
