ML62Q1500C系列是一款高效能CMOS 16位元微控制器，搭載16位元CPU nX-U16/100，整合了程式記憶體（Flash記憶體）、資料記憶體（RAM）、資料Flash，以及乘法器/除法器、CRC產生器、DMA控制器、時脈產生器、簡易RTC、計時器、通用埠、UART、同步序列埠、I²C匯流排介面單元（主機、從機）、蜂鳴器、電壓準位監測器（VLS）、逐次逼近型A/D轉換器、D/A轉換器、類比比較器、安全功能（IEC60730/60335 Class B）等豐富的週邊功能。CPU nX-U16/100能透過管線架構的平行處理，在1指令1時脈模式下高效執行指令。內建的片上除錯功能可以進行軟體的除錯和程式燒錄。此外，ISP（系統內程式燒錄）功能支援在生產線上進行Flash程式燒錄。
