ML62Q1300群組是高效能CMOS 16位元微控制器，內建16位元CPU nX-U16/100，並整合程式記憶體(Flash記憶體)、資料記憶體(RAM)、資料Flash以及豐富的週邊功能，例如乘法器/除法器、CRC運算器、DMA控制器、時脈產生器、計時器、UART、同步串列埠、I2C匯流排介面單元、蜂鳴器、電壓準位監控器(VLS)、漸近式A/D轉換器、D/A轉換器、類比比較器、安全功能等等。
CPU nX-U16/100能透過管線架構平行處理，以1指令1時脈模式高效執行指令。
內建的晶片內建除錯功能可進行軟體除錯與程式編寫。此外，ISP(In-System Programming)功能支援生產線上的Flash編程。
ML62Q1300群組有五種封裝(16pin - 32pin)和五種記憶體大小(16Kbyte - 64Kbyte)。
